New building, budget and cosy rooms. Brilliant location, just a walk down to council house. Quiet beds, coffee, complimentary WiFi and a fully opening window were a nice touch. Quick check-in, very welcoming personnel.

It's great value for money. The restaurant is fabulous, and the service is excellent. Also, we could visit birmingham museum art gallery, it was 5 minutes' drive away. The food was ALRIGHT and we truly enjoyed it.

It's great value, with free WiFi. Standard king room was with a private safe, a heating system and a sitting area. They had an easy check-in too.
That sometimes the street was noisy.
